Meet Lana Grace
“Lana, I love your energy, your BRAIN, and the way you THINK!”
— I get this a lot.
My brain works differently. I’ve been challenging the system for years but it hasn’t always been this way.
Family Story
I used to sell keychains at school.
My story isn’t just built on numbers or accolades. It’s rooted in a family legacy that’s shaped who I am today. My parents, both pioneers in the fashion industry, built one of the most successful fashion agencies in the country and ran thriving boutiques in Melbourne. From as early as I could hang clothes, I was there, learning the ropes, working in the shops during school holidays, and getting firsthand exposure to customer service, people, and business. I was taught how to read people, how to connect, and how to think strategically—lessons I carry with me every day.
It’s safe to say I’ve put in my 10,000 hours—and then some. From reading people, to scaling businesses, to constantly upscaling myself—I’ve been doing the work for years. And it all stems from one motto that’s lived in my family for generations: “Peggies never give up.” It’s what taught me to always look for solutions, always believe that there’s a way forward—even when it feels like there isn’t. It’s this mindset that drives me to this day, and it’s what I’ll bring to your business.
I’m proud to be part of such an extraordinary entrepreneurial family. A family where my father, now starting a new business, still looks to me as his soundboard—the one person he can bounce ideas off. We’ve always had that kind of connection, where we inspire and support each other.
What’s Important to Me
But above all else, I’ve always had one burning passion: helping people. Helping people build businesses that fund their dream life. Because that’s what it’s all about, right? Life is way too short to live any other way. We’re here to create, build, and live a life that feels aligned.
I’ve been through it all—the challenges, the trials, the ups and downs of the entrepreneurial journey. But I’ve learned from each of those lessons, and now I bring that 10+ years of experience, that 10,000+ hours of work, to you. I’ve served clients in the deepest possible way. I’ve tried all the different paths so you don’t have to. And I know that in just 90 minutes of working with me, you’ll walk away with a completely new perspective and a clear path forward. I’m here to be the objective voice you need, to help you see the possibilities when you’re too close to it.
Growing up in a non-traditional environment, always living on the move, traveling with my parents to fancy dinners or on holidays, I learned early on that life doesn’t have to fit into a box. You can create your own path. You can live life on your terms. And you can build a business that works with you, not the other way around.
Intuitive, holistic, and heart-centered—that’s how I approach business. You don’t need to follow the same path as everyone else. There are 101 ways to reach success, and together, we’ll find the one that works for you. Your business should be a reflection of your life, a tool to fund your dreams, not a burden you have to accommodate your life around.
It’s time to create a business that complements who you are and the life you want to live. And I’m here to help you do just that.
The Confession
I was a Classic Corporate Hustler and I love it… (until I didn’t).
I worked insanely hard, managing multi-million-dollar client campaigns, executing award-winning strategies and acing pitches.
At the beginning, I loved it. I was “climbing the ladder,” going to all the parties, wearing designer heels, and I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients, some of whom have become lifelong friends. Their testimonials remind me of why I do what I do, with one of my first corporate clients, when I took over servicing them, they said “Everyone needs Lana on their team,” because of the impact I’ve made on the businesses I work with. (CASEY TESTIMONIAL). Plus, being the youngest manager on one of the biggest accounts.
From the outside, I had it all—the high-paying job, the impressive clients, the shiny titles. The classic definition of success. But inside, I was constantly asking, “Is this really it?”
The grind, the endless work, the "go harder, do more" mentality—it didn’t feel like success. At least, it didn’t feel like success to me.
I had no dating life, no savings (I spent it all on shoes and clothes), and I’d calculate my annual leave every single day to see how I could maximise my time off.
For years, I pushed and pushed until eventually, I burnt out.
I was drained, uninspired, and completely unsatisfied.
So, I quit.
I walked away from all my “success” and started my own business. People thought I was crazy but I didn’t care.
Why? Because that definition of success was someone else’s. It wasn’t mine.
I was on a mission to create what success meant to me = freedom.
Creating My Own Path
And I did it. I have the freedom to set my own schedule, freedom to choose the clients I work with, freedom to DATE (now engaged!), freedom to travel, freedom to live life on my terms. More than that, I finally felt happy, inspired, and in control of the life I was building.
I get to:
Work with soul-mate clients who inspire and align with my values
Collaborate with extraordinary businesses that push the boundaries of innovation
Enjoy long lunches on weekdays, savoring the freedom of my own schedule
Travel across Europe, Asia, and Australia—more than I ever could have dreamed of in corporate
And most importantly, I’ve created a life and business that fuels me, not drains me.
Your Turn
Today — I am The Creator (innovation), The Magician (magic and transformation) and The Rebel (against the status quo, doing it your way). You get to be a blend of them all.
